Load timeline asynchronously

I'm sure we've all seen how our instances struggle under load. Tooot can make the mobile experience more pleasant anyway:
- remember and show the last position (https://tooot.canny.io/feature-requests/p/remember-last-position-in-timeline) as you start the app, and refresh in the background
- Fetch updates in the background (on start and as you get closer to current time in the timeline). Not showing them before you choose to show them is great for showing "you're caught up", but having new stuff ready for the moment you want them is a help for reducing human wait.
